Independence sessions

You can’t always be there when Dad’s screen changes or Mum wants to make a video call. Book someone who will listen, work through the frustrating bit and practise the steps with them. The aim is a more capable, confident person using their own technology—not a promise about their health or safety.

A little more “I can do that myself.” Three patient visits focus on tasks you want to handle on your own, with time to try, ask again and practise. Family can arrange the booking, while the person using the device chooses the goals and stays in control.

Your fixed-price job covers: One recipient, one device and one chosen goal, such as a first video call or favourite radio shortcut, with practice and a simple guide to keep.

Flowers are lovely. Being able to video-call the person who sent them is lovely too. Arrange a practical visit around one small thing your loved one wants to do, with their agreement and at their pace.

Your free inclusion covers: one blank branded, writable Emergency ID wallet card, filled in together during a visit using only the information you choose. Add your emergency contact and, if you wish, doctor details or medical notes. With permission, we also check the emergency contact on your phone at every visit and help set up supported lock-screen emergency information. Anyone holding the card or accessing displayed details may see them. Only generic blank artwork is sent for printing; your completed details are not sent to a card supplier or entered in the website form.
