Do I need to be good with technology?

Absolutely not. That is quite literally why we exist. We explain everything clearly and move at your comfortable pace.

Do you monitor medical devices, medicines or health alerts?

No. The listed services are everyday technology setup and guidance. We may enter a reminder at a time you provide or help with phone contact/Medical ID information you choose. We do not choose medicine schedules, check whether doses were taken, monitor medical devices, interpret readings or respond to health alerts. Clinical device configuration is not included in these jobs. A phone contact or wallet card is a contact aid, not a personal-safety guarantee or emergency-response service.

Is the banking security report a safety certificate?

It is a dated, plain-English record of the device checks, changes and outstanding issues we identify. It does not certify that a device is free of malware, guarantee safe banking or imply approval from your bank. We help with practical security settings while you control passwords, verification prompts and transactions.

Can you save my tapes and discs—and help me watch them?

Yes. Save My Memories covers audio cassettes, VHS and supported camcorder tapes, plus readable, unprotected CDs and DVDs. We check the exact format before accepting your media. Choose your own USB/SSD or existing cloud storage; one destination is included and your originals are returned. Viewing setup is optional: choose a one-device setup or a customised Family Memory Station for up to three compatible devices. Drives, players and cloud subscriptions are separate. What is included in your free Emergency ID care touch?

Every customer can choose a free blank branded Emergency ID wallet card, which we fill in together during a visit. With your permission, we also check or set up your phone’s emergency contact on every visit and supported lock-screen details. You choose the contact, doctor information and any medical notes. Anyone with the card or access to displayed details may see them. The printer receives only generic blank artwork, never the personal details filled in during your visit.

Can you come directly to my home?

Yes. We provide practical in-home visits across Greater Adelaide and nearby areas, with remote support available for suitable jobs.

Can I book for my parent or grandparent?

Absolutely. Many visits are arranged by adult children. With permission, we can send you a clear summary after the visit.

Do you repair broken hardware?

We focus on setup, troubleshooting, support, and teaching. If specialist hardware repair is needed, we’ll explain that honestly.

What should I have ready?

The device, its charger, and any account details you already know. Don’t worry if you’re missing something—we’ll work through it calmly.
